Information Builders’ customers receive software releases throughout the year and are encouraged to call our support center to ask questions or report issues. Each case is logged into our support tracking system, where we continually add comments until the case is resolved. Customers can also post questions to our Focal Point forum, where they can obtain input from other customers who have cumulatively 75,000 years of experience with our products. In many cases, somebody has encountered a similar issue and is willing to share what they learned. The community welcomes input in this open exchange of ideas.
